1. Schedule an Appointment
Once you arrive, intake forms and a dental implant risk assessment will be completed to help familiarize us with your current dental health and needs
2. Take a 3D Scan
A 3D scan will assist us in determining how much bone you have remaining and if additional bone grafting is needed
3. Complete a Clinical Assessment
We'll take a look inside your mouth to help us come up with different treatment options especially tailored to you
4. Discuss Treatment Options & Insurance Coverage
Dr. Le will provide you with different treatment options. Our benefits coordinator will work with you and your dental insurance company to help determine costs

5. Preliminary Photos and Impressions
Impressions and photographs will be taken for treatment planning and to assist in designing your new smile
6. Schedule your surgery
